If you or your ministry is interested in having an event, let's get some information!

If this is an annual ATC event please check with the office to review previous debrief notes

Remember to get approval from the office manager or the Pastor who oversees your ministry, for each new event date before completing this form.

If private, what type of event are you planning?
Estimated attendance?
What do you plan to do for decorations and where will you put them? (room diagrams are available in the church office)

Decorating guidelines: Do not block fire exits, lift ceiling tiles, or cause damage to the permanent structure, i.e., nail holes, fasteners, tape or staples.

3. Time frame for tear down/clean up? (Saturday events must be torn down and cleaned up by 9 pm)

Note: Private events are responsible for set up/tear down. Kitchen use requires cleaning using the posted cleaning checklists.

ATC encourages the use of our facilities along with tables and chairs. As a courtesy to the next group using this space, please return the room to the condition in which it was found and follow the posted cleaning checklist.

Promotions

(Promotions is not available for non-ATC events)

If so, please submit a Church Media Department Video Request form located on our website under 'My ATC'. 

Start & end dates of video announcements, social media, pre-service projection, website, etc. 

Please allow a 4 week lead time.
